Jerry and Jean took over as proprietors of the Chase Antique Shows which toured throughout the Midwest and Jerry worked in many industries and was the owner of many businesses in Minnesota.

The Chase Family moved to Tucson, AZ in 1986 where Jerry managed several businesses and owned and operated AA Automatic Transmission and AA Auto Parts until his retirement. Jean was employed with the University of Arizona as a Student Union Restaurant Supervisor for 20 years until her retirement. They were members of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Tucson. Jerry enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting post cards, followed the Arizona Diamondbacks and loved time spent with family especially his grandchildren.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jean; 1 daughter and 4 sons - Joseph (Kathy) of Fugle’s Mill; Daniel (Connie) of Stewartville; Mark of Tucson; Lourie (James) Goodall of Tucson and Curtis (Michelle) of Tucson; 17 grandchildren: Elsa, Alice, Sylvia, Vivian, Jessie (Sam), Jackie (TJ), Maggie (Tim), Sammie (Wynn), Jessica, Madison, Jordyn, Jesse (Amanda), Courtney, Jeremiah, David, Curtis, and Olivia.  9 great-grandchildren: Grace, Claire, Kate, Addie, Millie, Sara, Maya, Leo, and Emilia.
