Delores M. Kinnetz

Delores M. Kinnetz, 88, a longtime Eyota,MN resident, died on Sunday(June 21, 2026) of natural causes at the Stewartville Care Center, whereshe had been a resident for the past year.

Delores Marie Galbraith was born on April 6, 1938 in Ruthven,Iowa to Hugh and Myrtle (Bigger) Galbraith. She grew up on the family farm and attended Graettinger HS, graduating in 1956. Delores was married on October 28, 1956 in Emmetsburg,Iowa to Ronald W. Kinnetz. The couple lived in Iowa for a few years before moving to Eyota,MN where they raised their children and lived for many years. Delores was a homemaker and was employed at Telex in Rochester,MN for a number of years. Mr. Kinnetz died on January 10, 2015. Delores was a past member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Eyota. She enjoyed going to bingo, flea markets and yard sales with Ron and cooking and gardening. She enjoyed visiting with friends and neighbors and loved time spent with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Delores is survived by 1 daughter and 2 sons - Deborah Knox of Stewartville; Scott(Becky) and Michael(Jeanie) both of Stewartville; 7 grandchildren - Danielle(Adam) Knutson , Josh Blagsvedt, Tyler (Germaine) Blagsvedt, Anna(Jackie) Do, Courtney(Aaron) Lamb, Emma Kinnetz, Ben Kinnetz and Abbey Kinnetz; 5 great  grandchildren - Adalynn, Ava,Luca, Huey and Lincoln; daughter-in-law - Pamela Kinnetz Louks and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband - Ronald, son Ricky, her parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

A time of visitation for family and friends will take place from 5 to 7:00 PM on Friday (June 26, 2026) at Griffin-Gray FH in Stewartville. Burial and a committal service will take place at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rochester. Arrangements are with Griffin-Gray FH.
